- Keep meetings to 90 minutes: Too short andresidents feel rushed. Too lengthy and they feel overwhelmed.
- Send items in advance: Before the meeting, senda scaled floorplan and a selection book so residents have time to consider their options.
- Be transparent: Provide price lists before themeeting and let residents know upgrades may require payment at the meeting.
