Founded in the 1980s by visionary faculty members and neighbors of Duke University, The Forest at Duke is a remarkable Continuing Care Retirement Community located near the university campus.

Building upon their deep Durham roots and active retirement residents, The Terraces Expansion adds 71 spacious, contemporary apartment homes to The Forest, framing a unique rooftop amenity, outdoor entertainment, and gathering space to serve as the newest addition to the walkable community. The BlueFingerprint team provided valuable expertise throughout the expansion, guiding potential residents through the selection process to ensure their new homes would be perfectly personalized to their needs.
