StoneBriar at Burcham Hills is an expansion of Burcham Hills Life Plan Community located in East Lansing, Michigan.

Life Care Services®, an LCS® Company, is responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the community. Independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation services and long-term skilled nursing are available. StoneBriar provides access to all of the amenities at Burcham Hills while enjoying the benefits of new and improved amenities, living arrangements, and services. BlueFingerprint® partnered with Life Care services on the recent expansion that includes 44 independent living apartment homes.
