Three Pilars is a life plan community located on 300 acres of wooded land with miles of paths and breathtaking views of the Bark River.

The community’s ambitious expansion, named The Fields, began in 2024 and includes 110 new units. It features 50 garden homes, 12 courtyard homes, and 48 apartments, plus a town center with dining options, a library, a theater, and more. The Blue Fingerprint team helped Three Pillars manage the personalization of each new unit in the expansion, including more than 5,000 unique selections so that every new resident feels at home in their new space.
