Managed by Life Care Services® The Heritage at Brentwood is a Life Plan community nestled on 48 beautiful acres in one of Nashville’s most desirable suburbs, Brentwood, TN.

In 2019 the community underwent a major expansion adding 97 new one and two bedroom residences with underground parking. With the resident-first approach, Life Care Services has grown to become the second-largest manager of senior living communities in the nation. Since 2005 Life Care Services and BlueFingerprint have partnered on 22 communities, including The Heritage at Brentwood, managing over 51,000 personalization for over 2,500 homes.
